Welcome to the Herbert Wescoat Memorial Library!

In addition to the latest bestsellers, the library offers several services, such as photocopying, faxing, interlibrary loan, IRS and State tax forms, approved use of a meeting room, local history and genealogical materials, as well as interesting programs throughout the year that provide patrons with recreational and informational resources.

The Friends of the Library assist the library staff in promoting library services, and they encourage you to join in their efforts. The next time you stop in the library, be sure to ask how you can join the Friends of the Library. The Friends will be helping to offer serveral fall and winter activities, such as movie nights, game nights, book basket raffles, receptions for library programs, book sales, the annual Christmas play, as well as the Festival of Trees, the Gift of Reading, and the Helping Hands Christmas Tree programs.

Don't forget to check out the events calendar, which will provide you with the activites that are available throughout the year.

A visit to the Ohio Web Library online will provide an evolving collection of thousands of online publications and research resources, including popular magazines, journals, newspapers, encyclopedias, and much more. Students can get help with their homework and find research sources for papers and projects. Teachers can use resources to support their teaching and enhance professional development. Employees and business owners can find reliable business information and follow industry trends, while all Ohio residents can stay current with world events, professional news, and topics of personal interest. Use of your library card may be required to gain access to Ohio Web Library.

Stop by and let us know how we are doing!

We look forward to serving you,
