Become a Member of The Friends of the Library!
Membership is open to all individuals and representatives of other organizations, clubs, and societies seeking to facilitate the mission of the Herbert Wescoat Memorial Library. Each regular, full dues-paying individual member and a single representative of each dues-paying club or society shall have one vote in The Friends' decision-making.
Regular individual membership: $10 per year
Organizational/Corporate Member (one representative and one vote at decision-making meetings) $25 per year
The Friends of the Herbert Wescoat Memorial Library, Inc. generally meet the fourth Tuesday of every month (except December) at 5:00 p.m. in the Harold V. Felton Conference Room of the library; however, it would be best to phone the library (740-596-5691) and make certain that a meeting is taking place at that date and time.
